Job Description As our Market Development Manager for Europe, you'll take ownership of developing BRCGS across Central and Western Europe, creating and delivering market strategies that increase certification adoption, strengthen relationships with Certification Bodies and key industry partners, and drive sustainable commercial growth. Working closely with commercial, marketing and product teams, you'll identify new opportunities, recover underperforming markets and help protect BRCGS' position as the leading global brand in supply chain assurance. You'll spend your time: Developing and executing regional growth strategies across European markets. Building positive relationships with Certification Bodies, retailers,
manufacturers and strategic partners to increase adoption of BRCGS programmes. Identifying new commercial opportunities whilst protecting existing market share through proactive customer engagement. Analysing market trends, competitor activity and customer insight to shape regional priorities. Managing a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities, and achieving ambitious growth targets. Supporting recovery plans in markets facing challenges and turning commercial insight into measurable results. Collaborating with Marketing, Product and Commercial colleagues to ensure customer feedback influences future products and campaigns. Representing BRCGS at customer meetings, industry events and conferences across Europe.
