Aero Alliance is seeking a Global Process Engineer to develop and deploy global manufacturing standards across its factories. You will lead cross-functional teams to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and drive cost reductions through standardization.
The role emphasizes applying lean methods, FMEA, RCA, and DFSS to establish “One Product One Process” standards and to support continuous improvement efforts in manufacturing, quality, and safety. Travel may be required.
