We are seeking a reliable, hands-on and well-organised Warehouse & Logistics Operator to support our operations in Milan. This is a practical, operational role responsible for the day-to-day handling of goods, warehouse activities, logistics and stock control. The successful candidate will ensure that goods and materials are received, stored, handled and dispatched safely and efficiently, while maintaining accurate inventory records and an organised warehouse environment. The role will work closely with the Service and Operations teams to ensure that equipment, materials and spare parts are available when required to support our customers and service activities.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure the warehouse is organised and maintained to a high standard.
- Receive, check and store incoming goods and materials.
- Prepare, pick, stage and dispatch outgoing goods and equipment.
- Load and unload trucks, vans and other transportation.
- Safely move goods, equipment, laser components and materials within the warehouse.




- Ensure all goods are correctly identified, labelled and stored.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse in accordance with 5S principles.

Logistics & Goods Handling
- Support the shipping and receiving of equipment, materials and other goods.
- Prepare goods for collection, delivery or shipment.
- Check incoming and outgoing goods and report any discrepancies, damage or missing items.
- Support the movement of goods between the warehouse, service activities and transportation.
- Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities with the Service and Operations teams.
- Ensure goods are available and ready when required for customer service and repair activities.

Stock & Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate physical stock within the warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are stored correctly.
- Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Support and, when required, lead
