To lead our SPA & Wellness department, we are looking for an empathetic, inspiring, and quality-driven SPA Manager (m/f/d) who, together with the team, creates exceptional wellness experiences and brings our holistic wellness philosophy to life.

YOUR TASKS:
- Overall responsibility for the SPA & Wellness department, including operations, quality, profitability, and team leadership
- Strategic development of our holistic SPA and wellness concept with Alpine inspiration
- Ensuring exceptional, personalized 5-star guest experience through a strong presence, individual attention and the highest service standards
- Overseeing daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, treatment coordination, and SPA reception
- Leading, developing, and motivating the SPA team while fostering a respectful and inspiring team culture
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and safety
- Responsibility for inventory management, purchasing, budget planning, and cost control
- Close collaboration with the General Management as well as the Front Office, Housekeeping,



and F&B; departments

YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of leadership experience in the SPA & Wellness industry, ideally as a SPA Manager or Assistant SPA Manager
- Passion for well-being, health, and holistic wellness
- A strong leadership personality with empathy, excellent organizational skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities
- Strong quality awareness and a genuine understanding of luxury 5-star service
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing and motivating teams
- Excellent command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
