PURPOSEOFTHEROLE

The Global Senior Manager – Commercial Product & Analytics will lead and scale high-impact commercial product domains across pricing, decision systems, and analytics. The role operates across multiple altitudes—setting strategic direction, solving complex problems,



and driving execution to measurable business outcomes. It holds end-to-end accountability for ambiguous, high-stakes commercial challenges, translating them into scalable solutions that drive revenue, margin, and operational impact at global scale. As a single-threaded owner, the role influences senior stakeholders, constructively challenges decisions, and ensures delivery of tangible results—not just outputs. Success in this role requires exceptional judgment, autonomy, and the ability to influence without authority in a complex, matrixed organization. The role reports to the Director Commercial Data & Analytics and can be based in Madrid or Milan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and drive the roadmap for commercial product capabilities (pricing, decision engines, analytics), aligned to long-term business strategy
- Own and deliver end-to-end initiatives across regions, with full accountability for commercial out
