Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks an experienced Nurse Navigator to coordinate care and support patients and referring physicians. You will manage treatment plans, assist with appointments, and remove barriers to access within the hospital program.
The role requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and 5 years nursing experience with oncology exposure. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
