Lead and coordinate cross-functional development teams across project activities Act as the technical reference point for the team, providing guidance and support on design and implementation decisions Define and validate technical solutions and application architectures Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs Monitor project progress, identifying risks, bottlenecks and deviations from plans Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, including clean code, security, performance and maintainability Supervise development, testing and release activities Support the resolution of complex technical issues and production incidents Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to ensure successful project delivery Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,
