Job Description: Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner with strong Controlling expertise, ready to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making in a global organization? This role offers the chance to influence key business decisions, optimize financial performance, and contribute to long-term growth. We are looking for a self-motivated & enthusiastic individual to join our team to be a true enabler for the business.



We are looking for a candidate with multiple years of experience in financial accounting, knowledge of IFRS, ideally in a manufacturing/production work environment. This position will report directly to Head of Finance and be an advisor to the business within the cluster responsible for 5 business sites and 2 countries (Turkey and Egypt) of the cluster in making decisions by providing them with actionable insights. Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Deliver monthly performance reviews with analysis of variances (actuals vs. Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency. Lead cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with production and supply chain teams. Reporting & Compliance Contribute to monthly closing process Prepare and present timely financial reports to local and corporate stakeholders. Ensure adherence to internal controls,
