The Golf Attendant plays a key role in delivering a seamless and high-quality golf experience. This position supports the daily operations of the golf facilities, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, organized, and ready to welcome guests with exceptional service standards. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to make every visit truly special. From welcoming guests with a smile to making sure every golf detail is perfect.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service, making every member and guest feel like VIPs by creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain golf carts in perfect condition – fully charged, clean, and ready for action.
- Range Management: Keep the practice area stocked with golf balls, tidy, and organized so everyone can enjoy their practice time.
- Safely and efficiently store and prepare members’ and guests’ golf bags.
- Assist in organizing carts and maintaining a clean and organized bag storage area.
- Mantain golf clubs clean and ensure the entire facility is top-notch, showing your attention to detail.

Requirements
- Previous experience in golf operations or hospitality.
- Knowledge and passion for golf and customer service.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability to travel for training, interclub tournaments, or company events may be required.
- Experience in a luxury resort or golf club.
- Attention to detail and high service standards.
Contract Terms
- CCNL Tourism Contract – Full-time employment
- Monthly gross salary starting from €1,564.79.
