OffertaDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition and onboarding.Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Coordinate performance management and employee development initiatives.Maintain HR records and manage reporting processes.Advise management on organisational design and workforce planning.Help compensation and benefits administration, including bonus programs.Competenze ed esperienza A successful HR Manager should have:Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration,
