ph3What We 're Looking For /h3 pJoin a team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and driving digital transformation for our clients.
/p h3How you'll make a difference /h3 ul liDesign and build AI-driven applications leveraging modern tools, frameworks, and platforms, with a focus on practical implementation over specific technologies.
/li liDevelop and integrate solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt design, chaining, and orchestration of AI capabilities.
/li liWrite, test, and iterate effective prompts to guide AI systems toward reliable and high-quality outputs.
/li liLeverage APIs (including AI services and third?party platforms) to create end?to?end intelligent solutions.
/li liExperiment with emerging approaches such as vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI?assisted development workflows.
/li liTransform ideas and business needs into working prototypes and production?ready features through hands?on development.
/li liExplore and adopt new tools, libraries, and platforms in the AI ecosystem, maintaining a technology?agnostic mindset.
/li liContinuously test and refine AI?driven features to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience.
/li liStay up to date with advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and developer tools for AI?assisted coding.
/li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liHands?on experience or strong interest in AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
/li liExperience in software development with any modern language or framework.
/li liAbility to work with APIs and integrate external services into applications.
/li liCuriosity, experimentation mindset, and interest in AI?assisted development.
/li liBasic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,



or similar).
/li liProblem?solving attitude with a focus on building and iterating quickly.
/li liGood communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
/li liProficient in English (B2 level or higher).
/li liAvailability for short? and medium?term business travel.
/li liThe gross annual salary for this position ranges from €28,000 to €42,000.
It may be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience beyond the required level.
The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).
/li /ul h3What we would consider a plus /h3 ul liExperience with AI tools, frameworks, or platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.).
/li liPractical experience with prompt design, evaluation, and optimization.
/li liHands?on experience with AI?assisted coding tools and rapid prototyping approaches.
/li liBackground in Microsoft ecosystem (C#, Python, Azure, Copilot 365, Copilot Studio).
/li liExperience working on experimental projects or MVP development.
/li liAvailability for occasional short? and medium?term business travel.
