We're Hiring — Business English & Communication Coach (Milan area)
MPEC is growing and we are looking for an experienced Business English & Communication Coach to join our team.

We work at the intersection of language, communication, coaching and behavioural transformation, supporting professionals and individuals in developing a confident and authentic bilingual identity.
Our approach combines coaching principles, neuroscience and radical personalisation to create learning experiences that are practical, human and deeply transformative.
Location: Milan area (or nearby)
The role includes both online sessions and in-person training activities with our students (both private and corporate clients).
We are looking for professionals with experience delivering:
Business English training
Legal English training
General English training
Conversational English and communication-focused sessions
Training for professionals, managers and executive-level clients




Group courses and workshops
Essential requirements:
?CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or equivalent teaching certification
? Experience working with adult learners
? Experience managing both individual and group training sessions
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? High level of autonomy and professionalism
? Ability to adapt lessons to real communication needs
? Availability for in-person sessions in the Milan area when required
Nice to have:
? Experience with funded training programmes (formazione finanziata)
? Coaching-oriented mindset
? Italian language knowledge
? Driving licence and willingness to travel locally
? Experience creating or adapting teaching materials independently
? Previous experience in other professional sectors or industries
