The Platform
ShippyPro helps merchants manage shipping end-to-end: carrier selection, label generation, tracking, and integrations with e-commerce platforms and couriers.
One place to move faster, reduce manual work, and stay in control.
The Challenge
We're not looking for someone who manages tickets.
We're looking for someone who owns outcomes.
Core product and integrations are where complexity lives: edge cases, carrier quirks, broken workflows.
Your job is to bring clarity and turn that complexity into solutions that actually work.

What You'll Do
Work with the Senior PM to define, prioritize, and ship product improvements
Talk to merchants and understand real workflows and pain points
Write clear specs and user stories
Own features end-to-end: discovery ? delivery ? iteration
Use data to guide decisions and spot issues early
Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer teams
What You'll Bring
~2 years in product, product ops, or similar
Clear communication — you simplify complexity
Comfort with ambiguity — you move without perfect info
Curiosity for data (SQL is a plus)
Basic understanding of APIs/integrations
Structured thinking and strong prioritization
English proficiency
