We're looking for a Full-Cycle Business Developer with 3-4 years of experience to build and develop the Italian market for Ringr.ai .
We're looking for someone proactive, entrepreneurial, results-driven, and passionate about technology and sales, who will play a key role in accelerating Ringr.ai's international growth.
Responsabilities: Drive Ringr's growth in Italy and internationally by identifying and developing relationships with B2 B companies.
Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
Negotiate and close commercial agreements with new and existing customers.
Advise clients on how Ringr's AI solutions can improve their business processes.
Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, visit clients, and track commercial performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to identify new opportunities and address customer needs.
Represent Ringr as a brand ambassador in every interaction with customers and partners.
Requirements: Native or fluent Italian and fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
Milan-based, with a willingness to spend the first month in our Madrid office for onboarding and training, and to travel to Madrid occasionally thereafter when required.
3–4 years of proven experience in Business Development, B2 B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build and execute sales strategies.
Passion for technology, AI, and the startup ecosystem.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
