As Data Center Operations Manager, you lead a 24/7 team responsible for hardware, network diagnostics, and rapid repairs in AWS data centers.
You will sponsor projects, craft technical solutions, and drive process improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mid-size initiatives and write clear policies.
This role focuses on scalable, reliable operations at a global cloud provider with a strong safety culture.

sign on payment disability accommodations Lead and develop a diverse Data Center Technician team and maintain 24/7 operations Guide technical professionals in data center operations and on-call rotations; manage escalations Review ticket queues for large events and deliver mid-size projects Write, approve, and enforce policies and procedures aligning with industry best practices and SLAs Maintain on-call schedules and coordinate staffing; conduct performance reviews; participate in hiring processes Foster a world-class safety culture and own safety initiatives and projects Contribute to site-level project work and documentation; troubleshoot and fix complex DC issues Speak, write, and read English fluently Direct people management experience with a track record of delivering projects under competing priorities
