/p /br /brh3To support our growth, we are looking for a : /h3 /brh3LEGAL MANAGER (F/M) /h3 /brh3LONG TERM CONTRACT /h3 /brh3ROME (Italy) /h3 /brpYour main tasks will be to : /p /br /brh3SUPPORT CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS /h3 /brul /brliManage and monitor the portfolio of domestic companies (approval of accounts, renewal of managers, drafting of intra-group agreements,



management of the required legal formalities, POA, etc.) /li /brliProvide support for capital transactions and internal reorganization /li /brliOrganize and provide legal support for MA transactions /li /brliProvide legal support for project financing transactions /li /br /ul /br /brh3HANDLE CONTRACT NEGOTIATION AND DRAFTING /h3 /brul /brliAnalyse, draft and negotiate contracts in Italian or in English (land lease, development partnership, EPC, OM, grid connection, PPA, service agreement, etc.) /li /brliPrepare all legal documents required for participation in tenders and consultations, from application to selection of the offer (NDA, MOU, term sheets, protocols, etc.) /li /brliUpdate and maintain the database of standard contracts /li /br /ul /br /brh3PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE AND RISK MANAGEMENT /h3 /brul /brliManage and oversee litigation cases /li /brliProvide legal advice to all relevant stakeholders /li /brliDevelop and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance maters /li /brliCentralize legal documentation and handle local litigation and insurance matters.
/li /brliEnsure the legal reporting and update the Legal Department's databases and dashboards.
/li /brliHandle and implement guidelines on regulatory and compliance matters.




/li /brliParticipate in the development and management of legal processes.
/li /brliProvide training on legal issues relating to the group's activities.
/li /br /ul /br /brh3LEAD AND DEVELOP THE LEGAL TEAM /h3 /brul /brliManage, coach and develop the Italian Legal team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing and business-oriented culture.
/li /brliSet priorities, allocate resources and ensure the effective execution of legal activities and projects.
/li /brliSupport team members in their professional growth through mentoring, performance management and continuous development.
/li /brliPromote knowledge sharing and alignment with Group Legal priorities and standards.
/li /br /ul /br /brh3Expected Skills /h3 /brpYou hold a master's degree in Italian Corporate law or Renewable Energy Law and you have at least 5 years of experience as an in-house Legal Manager in the renewable energy sector.
/p /brpYou have proven leadership skills and experience managing and developing legal professionals.
/p /brpA strong background in MA transactions in the renewable sector is necessary for that role.
/p /brpFluency in both Italian and English is required for the position.
/p /brpYou will be able to work from home 1 day per week.
