TVS SCS Italia is seeking an on-site IT Support Engineer VR04 to join our team in Italy. You will provide daily local and remote support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications, and log steps in the ticketing system.
The role requires at least 1.5 years in IT support, strong communication in Italian and English, and willingness to work across shifts and with third-party engineers. Onsite responsibilities include IMAC, end-user support, and equipment maintenance.
