As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor, we are seeking aCSA Construction Managerin Milan. Reporting to the Operations Director, you willcoordinate and manage our construction projects, for CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) disciplines, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments. Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andanticipating technical constraints, Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, andscheduling, Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors, Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),



Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners, With a Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent), you have at least10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.

Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combinediplomacy, rigor,and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developedproficiency in Italian and English. Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you areopen to frequent travel across Italy.
