Indie Campers seeks a Regional Asset Lead to steer operations for the UKI & Nordics region and support a team of Asset Analysts. You will drive fleet strategies, ensure adherence to SOPs, and coordinate with depots and suppliers to improve performance and service delivery.
Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in operations and 2–5 years in people management, with strong KPI analytics and English fluency. Travel within the region is expected as part of the role.
