As Regional Sales Manager, you drive sales growth across the assigned region to strengthen RATIONAL’s market leadership. You work with internal teams—Insides Sales and Corporate Chef groups—while building a robust partner and dealer network. You lead local activities targeted at regional accounts and key industry networks, ensuring top-tier customer support and referral generation. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to expand the customer base and market presence.Promote iCombi and iVario benefits through Cooking Live eventsGrow customer base across food service and commercial marketsDevelop and expand partner and dealer networksDevelop Consultant/Designer network for specificationCollaborate with Service, Corporate Chef, and Key Account teamsBuild a strong referral network and document customer activity in CRMManage territory volume, opportunities,



and regional business planningPrepare monthly sales reports/forecasts and market analysesParticipate in regional/national trade shows and sales meetingsCoordinate sales, product and marketing activities and handle pre-/post-sales with end-usersExperience as sous- or executive chefStrong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills at all levelsSelf-starter, detail-oriented, motivated and results-orientedAbility to work independently and in a team with minimal supervisionProblem solving, objection handling, and influence skillsExcellent organization, time management, and multi-taskingNegotiation skills and ability to close dealsBudget-setting experience and planning to meet budgetsFluent verbal/written communication in Italian and EnglishComputer literate and valid driver licenseWillingness for overnight travel up to 30%
