Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesDeliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadershipDrive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunitiesOversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sitesStrengthen cost control, productivity, and profitabilityAct as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and SalesLead, develop, and inspire a high-performing controlling teamEnsure compliance with group policies and reporting standardsSupport strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projectsRequirementsDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar8-10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&AIdeally; experience in manufacturingProven leadership experience,



with a minimum of 3–5 years managing teamsExpertise in financial planning and analysisExpertise in cost / plant controlling and standard costingExpertise in KPI development and performance managementExpertise in investment evaluation and cash flow managementExperience in multinational environmentsExcellent knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferredAdvanced Excel skillsStrong understanding of IFRS and local GAAPFluent Italian and English requiredFrench is a plusDemonstrates expertise in financial planning and analysis, cost controlling, and performance management within a manufacturing environment.
