Responsibilities Collaborate with Global Application Specialists and Technology Advisors Build and maintain relationships across the innovation ecosystem Conduct feasibility studies and define proof‑of‑concepts Design and facilitate technical workshops Act as a gate assessor for Corporate Research Center (CRC) projects Contribute to technical documentation and innovation briefs Requirements ~5+ years of experience in industrial R&D; ~ Strong knowledge of energy transition challenges ~ Degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or Electrical Engineering ~ Ability to conduct feasibility studies and define proof‑of‑concepts ~ Excellent technical documentation skills ~ Research or academic collaboration experience is a plus ~ Willingness to travel internationally up to 20–30% Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in conducting feasibility studies and defining proof‑of‑concepts within the energy transition sector, supported by strong technical documentation skills and a background in engineering. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and maintain relationships within the innovation ecosystem.
