: Technical leader responsible for driving strategic broadband optical communication IC developments from concept through production while providing company-wide technical Leadership Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs Drive technical decision-making across organizations Establish program-level technical plans and risk mitigation Interface with customers, partners and senior management Align technology strategy with business objectives Mentor project leaders and senior engineers Profile description: MSc or Ph D in Electrical Engineering 15+ years semiconductor development experience Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging,
