ZEGNA in Milan is seeking a Senior People Cost & Performance Analyst to join the HR HQ team. You will lead global people cost planning, budgeting and forecasting, delivering analytics to support strategic decisions, and partner with HR, Finance and IT for data-driven workforce planning.You bring 8+ years in HR Controlling or People Analytics, strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI), and fluent English. A degree in business/economics/engineering/statistics is required.
