We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale Italian fine dining concept located within a prestigious 5-star luxury property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong team leadership.Note: Hotel name and brand details will be shared only with shortlisted candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service standards aligned with luxury hospitality benchmarksDeliver an exceptional guest dining experience, maintaining the highest levels of service quality and guest satisfactionManage and lead a diverse team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivationMaintain strict quality control of food, beverage, and service standardsCollaborate with the Head Chef to ensure authentic Italian cuisine offerings and menu excellenceDrive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control initiativesMonitor financial performance, including budgeting, P&L;, and cost managementEnsure full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, health & safety standardsHandle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutionBuild strong relationships with guests,
fostering loyalty and repeat businessRequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or luxury hospitality environmentsProven experience in Italian cuisine concepts is highly preferredStrong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skillsExcellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Solid understanding of restaurant financials and cost controlAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environmentStrong knowledge of Italian dining service styles, cuisine, and culture is advantageousProven track record of delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and operational performanceExperience working within 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or standalone fine dining restaurants is preferredCandidates currently based in the UAE are encouraged to apply; relocation support will be provided for suitable candidates applying from outside the UAEFully furnished 1-bedroom apartmentTips as per company policyResidence visa & medical insurance (self)Annual flight encashment to home destination every yearRelocation assistance for selected candidates applying from outside the UAE6 days off per month (subject to operational requirements)Work ScheduleThis position follows an operational schedule based on luxury hospitality requirements.
