Infinity Consulting is a Global Sales & Marketing Consultancy Company operating in B2B markets within the manufacturing industry.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Apprentice to join our team in Milan.

The candidate will be trained to develop a dedicated commercial approach within the reference sector, gaining hands‑on experience in B2B sales and business development. After a suitable training session, the candidate will be able to prospect target accounts for new business, generate and manage new leads, and support the team in developing new market segments.

The candidate will report directly to the Sales Manager.

The main task is supporting the sales team in the commercial development process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, within a structured apprenticeship program aimed at building strong sales foundations.

Autonomy and precision are required in carrying out assigned tasks, propensity to teamwork and professional relationship with clients and prospects, as well as initiative and flexibility.

Research and generation of new leads

Prospecting and acquisition of new clients

Market research and development of new business opportunities

Support in the negotiation and management of contracts

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects

Conduct follow‑up activities on customer inquiries

Support in the preparation of commercial proposals

Development of specific market segments





Personal background and soft‑skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics, in Engineering, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn

Problem‑solving and organisational attitude

Precision and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities

Fluent in English

Third language knowledge is a plus

Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft Office tools is a plus

Automotive, HVAC, Home Appliances, Automation & Electric Motors sectors
