We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A; Associate in Milan. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A; insurance industry.Our client looks to hire sector experts from leading advisory firms and utilise their knowledge to advise on complex insurance placements, rather than act as a "typical" insurance broker. This advisory approach has seen our client grow into the market leader they are today.Responsibilities include:Learn about the M&A; insurance market.Learn about different risks facing businesses across a wide variety of sectors.Understand and learn the unique Howden M&A; approach to broking which has underpinned our growth across Europe.Engage and work together with our specialist tax, environmental, title and litigation teams when placing tax, environmental,
title and litigation policies.About you:Must have M&A; experience from a leading Italian or International Law Firm.A determination and willingness to learn about legal concepts and the M&A; market.Written and oral business fluency in English & Italian.Ability to work well as part of an open, dynamic and collaborative team.Analytical, with an attention to detail.Articulate, personable and willing to, in time, meet clients/prospective clients and their Advisors to help explain our and market offering.Salary Range - €75,000 - 90,000 per annum.If you would like to discuss the role in more details please feel free to reach out on +44 20 3854 8111 or email (email hidden)
