### SAP L&D; ConsultantPublicFull-time40 h/weekItalyRemote, HybridStart date: As soon as possibleEnd date: 30 Sep 2026Hourly rate38 - 48 EURMonthly gross salary4472 - 5418 EUR### Job DescriptionRole overviewWe are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist with deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to drive training programs and user adoption across warehouse and logistics operations. This role combines hands‐on SAP EWM functional knowledge with instructional design and delivery skills to enable operational teams to use EWM effectively in day‐to‐day activities.The successful candidate will have substantial experience with EWM warehouse processes and a talent for translating system functionality into clear, structured learning materials and engaging training experiences.Key responsibilities* Learning & content development for SAP EWM + Design and develop training materials covering core EWM processes, including inbound (goods receipt, putaway), outbound (picking, packing, shipping) and internal warehouse movements + Produce user guides, process documentation, quick reference cards, and presentation materials + Define role‐based learning paths for warehouse operators, supervisors, and key users* Training delivery & user enablement + Deliver instructor‐led and virtual training sessions for warehouse and supply chain teams + Lead train‐the‐trainer initiatives and key user enablement programs + Facilitate workshops during SAP rollouts,
upgrades or process changes + Serve as a liaison between SAP functional teams and business users to ensure training aligns with operational needs* SAP process translation & adoption + Translate EWM configuration and processes into user‐friendly procedures and job aids + Support user adoption efforts during implementations and system enhancements + Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to ensure training reflects system behavior* Learning program support + Assess training needs across warehouse operations and prioritize curriculum development + Collect and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve materials + Contribute to broader learning initiatives across SAP supply chain domainsRequired qualifications* Proven hands‐on experience with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics flows (inbound, outbound, internal movements) Experience delivering SAP user training, workshops or knowledge transfer sessions* Experience developing training materials and process documentation* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments* Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantageKey skills* SAP EWM functional expertise* Instructional design and learning content creation* Training delivery and facilitation (virtual and in‐person)
