CMCC Foundation in Milano seeks a Research Grants & Contract Management Officer for on‑site work. You will support the pre‑award phase, review contracts, and draft NDAs and MoUs, coordinating with Legal & Contract Advisory and project managers.
You will lead consortium agreement negotiations, manage IPR terms and ensure post‑award handoffs, while maintaining a knowledge base of model clauses and guidelines.
