SAP HCM German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management (Priorità Alta)
Role: SAP HCM Consultant – German Payroll, Benefits & Time Management
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll, Benefits administration (including betriebliche Altersvorsorge) and Time Management.
Responsibilities
Analyze, customize and support SAP HCM Payroll processes for Germany.
Configure and maintain Benefits Management solutions, with a focus on occupational pension schemes (betriebliche Altersvorsorge).
Implement and optimize SAP HCM Time Management functionalities.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support payroll runs and ensure compliance with German legal requirements.
Participate in enhancement and implementation projects.
Requirements
Strong experience with SAP HCM German Payroll.
Proven knowledge of Benefits Management, especially betriebliche Altersvorsorge.
Solid experience in SAP HCM Time Management.
Experience in SAP customization and support activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Language Skills
German language skills are strongly preferred.
English language skills are acceptable.
