ING Bank N.V. is seeking a Cards and Mobile Payments Expert (Customer Journey Expert) to join its Cards & Mobile Payments squads in Italy. You will own end-to-end card products and payment journeys, shaping a seamless customer experience while balancing regulatory and business needs.
You will gather requirements, prepare business cases, coordinate developments with stakeholders and support launches. You will monitor KPIs and drive improvements across customer journeys and operational efficiency.
