Role OverviewThe Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships. This role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships. Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred.Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth.Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events.What We're Looking For5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales.Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube,
