ANDRITZ HYDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE is looking for a Controller for the service business in the HYDRO division to strengthen the department, based in Schio (VI) - Italy. The workplace will be Schio (VI), Italy. A controller is a professional within the administration, finance, and controlling area who is responsible for planning, monitoring, and analyzing the company's economic and financial performance, supporting management in decision-making.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing economic control by monitoring costs, revenues, margins, financial risks, and the progress of assigned projects.Working with Project Management and other business functions to accurately determine costs to complete and ensure a proper understanding of the performance of assigned projects.Preparing periodic financial and management reports, analyzing actual results and variances versus budget/forecast.Contributing, within their area of responsibility, to the definition of the company forecast, budget, and plan.Supporting cost center planning and performing variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast figures,



identifying the causes of deviations and proposing corrective actions.Participating in monthly and annual closing activities, contributing to the accuracy of management accounting records and data reconciliation.TECHNICAL SKILLS (knowledge)Knowledge of controlling principles, management accounting, budgeting, and reportingExcellent knowledge of and ability to use ExcelProficiency in using PC and the Office package in generalKnowledge of the English Language spoken and writtenKnowledge of SAP and Spanish will be considered a plusMAIN STAKEHOLDERSProject Management, Commercial Management, AccountingSCHOOL EDUCATIONDegree in Economics or Management EngineeringEXPERIENCEPrevious experience of at least 3-5 years in management control, preferably in companies operating on a project-based basisOTHER REQUISITESAvailability for travels in other regionsWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFERInteresting and stimulating work in a positive, international, and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to work with global teams in a growing market and develop your professional skills
