We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Analyst Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in supply chain processes, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and operational analysis within an international manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will support the Supply Chain team in daily activities, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives, working closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Production departments.

Responsibilities
Supply Chain Support

Support the collection and analysis of supply chain data

Assist in monitoring inventory levels and material availability

Help prepare reports and performance analyses

Support production planning and procurement activities

Monitor supplier delivery performance and supply chain metrics

Inventory & Planning

Assist in inventory management and stock control activities

Support the analysis of inventory trends and material consumption

Help identify opportunities for inventory optimization

Support material planning activities and reporting

Process Improvement

Participate in continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain functions

Assist in updating reports, dashboards, and operational documentation





Support process analysis and data-driven decision making

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Operations teams

Support ad hoc analyses and business projects

Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields (completed or in progress)

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Interest in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or academic project related to Supply Chain or Operations

Knowledge of ERP systems is considered a plus

Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus

Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills

Teamwork and collaboration attitude

Curiosity and willingness to learn

What We Offer

Paid internship in an international and dynamic manufacturing environment

Monthly internship allowance of €1,000 – €1,200 depending on academic background and experience
