Under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensure consistent service, and create a welcoming guest-focused environment.You will train and supervise the restaurant team, support the manager's training plan, manage payroll and inventory, and ensure health and safety standards are up to date.
