Smartness is seeking a Performance Marketing & Tracking Specialist to join Smartads in Italy. You will drive paid search and social campaigns, implement end-to-end conversion tracking, and collaborate with product teams to scale direct bookings for lodging clients.You will own campaign optimization, reporting, and data-driven decision making using GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and AI-enhanced automation.

Fluent

Italian and English are required; German is a plus. Remote work offered.
