At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people's safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions.As Proposal Manager, you will respond to the Head of Energy Carriers Tendering Department and be part of the ENCAR.You will plan, coordinate and control the execution of the proposal, in accordance with the instruction to Bidder requirements and Proposal objectives, within time and cost constraints in observance of Quality procedures and practices.ResponsibilitiesCoordination and management of the bidding project team (engineering, procurement, construction and staff functions such as legal, fiscal, insurance, finance)Monitor progress of project phases, in accordance with time, cost and quality objectivesDevelopment of complete proposals for projects of any contractual scope (from reimbursable feasibility services to turn key EPC lump sum)Analyse Contract requirements and conditions in conjuction with commercial and legal functionsTechnical/commercial/contractual negotiations with clients, partners and vendors/sub-contractorsEnsure definition /review of the costs estimating developed by estimatorPrepare the assessment of the technical, financial, schedule or any other unusual risks associated with proposalsEnsure the submittal of the Proposal to the ClientWhat are we looking for?Education:
