Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for innovative digital solutions focused on Generative AI.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships to collect requirements and feedback.Identify market opportunities and emerging technologies to drive the development of new digital products.Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum or Kanban practices.Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan product launches.Monitor product KPIs, define success metrics, and report performance.Ensure regulatory compliance, especially within financial and insurance sectors.Essential Requirements5–10 years of experience in a Product Owner role.Proven track record managing innovative digital products.In‐depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLM, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their business applications.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Understanding of software architecture, APIs,
and cloud computing.Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related disciplines preferred.Native Italian speaker; fluent in English.Preferred RequirementsExperience in banking, insurance, or broader financial services.Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR and MiFIDII.Experience in user‐centered design and UX/UI.Soft SkillsExcellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments.Strong problem‐solving, decision‐making and innovation aptitude.LocationBologna / MilanoCompensation and BenefitsThe role offers a competitive total compensation package that includes a fixed component and a variable component, an established welfare plan, and a range of employee benefits.
