Events Specialist (Senior) Join to apply for the Events Specialist role at IDC.

Type of contract: Italy – Milan, Hybrid What You'll Do Ensure high‐quality delivery of IDC events, managing logistics, speakers, partners, and delegates Oversee financials to ensure event profitability Execute marketing activities (event websites, email campaigns, telemarketing) Work closely with sales teams and other lines of business Attend events in person across Italy Has 3+ years of end‐to‐end event management experience Possesses strong project management and organizational skills Has business‐level English proficiency Is skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience with Email Marketing tools (e.g., Please note that our global offices will be shut down for a company‐wide PTO from December 24th to January 2nd.
