Luxottica in Agordo is seeking a Junior Program Manager for their Operations Talent Program starting in November 2026. This two-year career accelerator targets high-potential candidates with STEM and MedTech backgrounds. Join the program to develop technical and leadership skills while gaining international exposure.

Participants will engage in hands-on experiences, learn from industry leaders, and build connections within the global operations community, culminating in a permanent placement within EssilorLuxottica.
