STMicroelectronics in Italy is seeking a motivated Process Engineer in the Metal Deposition module to support Engineering and Manufacturing, focusing on micro- and nano-fab processes for metal thin-film deposition (PVD, CVD, electroplating).You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize recipes, monitor process performance with SPC and FDC, start up equipment, and develop work instructions within the FEM-AG300 organization.
