In this Medical Advisor role, you help shape and execute the Medical Affairs strategy in collaboration with therapeutic area teams. You will coordinate scientific activities and contribute to training materials on pathology and clinical data management. You will build collaborations with experts and key opinion leaders, while overseeing budgets and launch-related activities.

The position sits within a diverse Healthcare team focused on advancing patient outcomes through science and innovation. You’ll work in a globally connected, inclusive culture that values curiosity and impact.

- Base salary 30,000–45,000 EUR

- Develop and implement Medical Affairs strategy with cross-functional teams




- Coordinate and deliver high-value scientific activities
- Create internal/external training materials related to pathology and clinical data
- Identify and develop collaborations with experts and key opinion leaders
- Ensure budget management and monitor spend
- Drive launch activities and related initiatives
- 3–5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Medical Advisor or similar medical role
- Scientific degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medicine or related field
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders
