- Communication team at its new headquarters in Caponago (Milan area).The role will support institutional communication and branding activities, contributing to the organization of events, content production, and the execution of marketing initiatives.Reporting to the Director, Institutional Marketing &
- Communication, the position involves collaboration with internal teams as well as external agencies and partners.What we are looking for:Within a fast-paced, excellence-oriented environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and hands-on approach, with focus on Event Management and Content Production, contributing to the brand's positioning across fine perfumery, beauty, lifestyle, luxury, and fashion ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of institutional events (corporate events, trade shows, PR activities)Coordinate with creative agencies, production partners, and vendors, to ensure smooth execution of activities, in line with timelines and budget guidelinesSupport the creation and update of content (presentations, corporate materials, digital and offline assets)Contribute to branding and communication initiatives,
ensuring consistency in image and messagingSupport the organization and management of communication materials and content repositoriesMonitor activities and support the collection and analysis of KPIsConduct market and competitor analysis on marketing and communication trendsCollaborate with internal functions to support the implementation of initiativesEnsure accuracy, attention to detail, and timely reporting of activitiesProfile &
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing &
- Communication or related disciplinesPrevious experience in similar roles, preferably in B2B environmentsStrong aesthetic sensitivity and interest in luxury, beauty, fashion, or related industriesMinimum 5 years of experienceA creative mindset combined with strong executional rigor and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a teamProactivity and results orientationFamiliarity with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and content workflowsFluent in English (additional languages considered a plus)Openness to innovation, emerging technologies, and evolving communication modelsWhat We Offer:A dynamic and growing environmentInvolvement in marketing and communication activitiesOpportunities for professional developmentIndicative annual gross salary (RAL): € 45,000–€ 55,000.
