Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is opening a luxury spa in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Dolomites.

The Spa

Manager will lead all pre-opening activities, develop SOPs, recruit and train staff, and drive revenue through budgeting and pricing strategies, ensuring Forbes Five‑Star standards and an exceptional guest experience.

Experience includes 5–7 years in luxury spa operations, 2–3 years in leadership roles at five‑star properties, with pre-opening experience highly desirable.
