In this role you will partner closely with the Store Manager and ASM to drive category performance while coaching a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.You will lead a 50-strong team, oversee visual merchandising, operations and service standards, and translate commercial goals into daily actions in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
