Within the Loro Piana store, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to support the team in the daily management of sales activities and in providing a customer experience aligned with the brand's values.This internship represents a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the world of high‐end retail, acquiring skills in the luxury sector and developing relational and organizational abilities.Job responsibilitiesWelcoming and assisting customers in the boutiqueSupporting the sales process and post‐sales activitiesContributing to maintaining the store's image according to Loro Piana standardsManaging stock, visual merchandising, and back‐office tasksAssisting in the preparation and management of in‐store eventsProfileEducation in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fieldsPassion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spiritGood command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusAvailability of working in shifts, including weekends
