Overview

The ideal candidate has graduated in law, with some experience in banking transactions, structured finance, corporate loans, trade finance, real estate, or M&A;, especially in energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in delivering advice to clients

Work in local and international teams of lawyers

Conduct legal research and case law studies

Handle specialist financing matters including export credit finance, international trade finance, and general corporate loans

Advise on shipping and maritime matters

Advise on development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects both in Italy and abroad





Qualifications & Experience

Graduated in law

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of a third language is a plus

Passion for client service

Excellent problem‐solving, analytical, technical, and drafting skills

He/she should be energetic, driven, focused, with exceptional academic achievements and the capacity to deliver quality advice accurately and efficiently.
