Evotec WD is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Early Pharmaceutics to lead formulation development and manage laboratory operations. You will guide scientists, oversee project planning, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.The role requires an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and 5–6+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in early formulation development. Strong communication and budgeting experience are valued as part of project delivery.
