Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer experience within LCL Product

Supervise booking and quotations on LCL import and export

Handle Bill of Lading (BoL) and sea freight documents

Maintain relationships with customers and vendors

Assist in resolution of customer queries

Requirements

Knowledge of the shipping industry, import and export

Strong communication skills in Italian and English

Financial understanding

Detail orientation and hands‐on approach
