Junior Consultant Financial Services Risk Management

Job Overview Prometeia is looking for Consultants to support project managers and work on risk management projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.Key Responsibilities

- Support in identifying KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure.
- Analyze the intermediary’s risk position using Asset & Liability Management techniques to support decision‑making and optimize the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk).
- Assist in processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology for both regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation) policies and procedures.

Training & Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering.




- Preferred knowledge of econometrics.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python is a plus.
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher preferred).
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.

Soft Skills
- Problem‑solving and result‑oriented attitude.
- Excellent team‑working attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills.

Location Bologna / Milano / Roma.
